Project engagements

Every engagement begins with an agreed project scope outlining deliverables, fees, and timelines.

Code and design ownership

Once project fees are paid in full, ownership of the custom code, designs, databases, and assets created for your business transfers to you.

Revisions and testing

Projects include a client review window and agreed revision rounds so the work matches your goals before launch.

Post-launch support

Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged separately. New features after launch are scoped and quoted as their own work.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email, and any business details or message you choose to include.

How the contact form works

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We use your details only to reply to your inquiry.

Analytics (only if you allow it)

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, when contact or work links are clicked, and when the contact form is sent successfully. We never send your name, email, phone number, or message to Google Analytics. Nothing from Google loads until you choose “Allow analytics”, and advertising features and Google signals are turned off.

Cookies and your choice

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and Google receives information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page, and we ask again after 12 months. You can change it anytime with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with marketers or data brokers.
